We got zero traction from one of the biggest orders ever announced a few weeks ago

That was January 6 when the 14 C-1000s sale was announced.
That same day the Short Sales were 80.09% of the Daily Volume. That's why the pps did not rise.

Daily Volume was 1,948,729 shares.
Short Sales were 1,560,737 shares.
