Let me try to summarise with reference to Pinetree (and the panic some posters try to create) the actual facts and links to actual filings for a change:

Somebody wants you to think Pinetree would have to sell all of its ANY shares? Let's first read the actual relevant text from Pinetree's filing!:

"the company will utilize at least $20 million to reduce the aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Debentures by July 31, 2015"
Read more at http://www.stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2015/01/26/pinetree-capital-ltd-provides-update-on-convertible-debentures#t1DPWddkljXGJutO.99

Now, it DOESN'T say "the company shall sell holdings to utilise $20 million" does it? It could be from an equity financing too (which is why PNP's stock price is tanking as shareholders are fearing exactly that (and not just a sale of some of the fund's assets to cure the covenant) BUT ok as we don't want to discuss that possibility in detail here let's assume the worst case scenario that Pinetree would for all of that $20 million sell holdings including ANY shares). THEN, even assuming that worst case scenario it is ABSOLUTELY KEY to remember that ANY is only ONE OF the many holdings of Pinetree!!

Meaning, that if a fund like Pinetree's has even at current prices still well over approx. $100 million in holdings (latest numbers to be filed soon, so conservatively I took a very, very low estimate for illustration here based on past filings) and with ANY only being one of them, then EVEN IF they would not see the special value/potential ANY has, and simply sell 20% of all the fund's holdings simply accross the board (see for their latest ANY holding:
http://www.streetinsider.com/SEC+Filings/Form+SC+13G+Sphere+3D+Corp+Filed+by%3A+Pinetree+Capital+Ltd./10078658.html ) THEN EVEN IF we assume no sales of ANY by Pinetree already took place, then we would be saying that in that WORST CASE SCENARIO (of sales to happen, none to have happened yet but all in next five months, all holdings equally to be sold to sum up to $20 million etc etc) THEN we are talking about potentially up to 630'000 ANY shares (20% of 3.15 million shares held by the fund) having to be sold by Pinetree between now and end of July (five months)... SO, again based on all of these WORST CASE ASSUMPTIONS that's LESS THAN 130 thousand shares PER MONTH for the next five months during which we will surely get a lot of good news and new buyers very easily able to absorb that...

Just saying, let's open our eyes and put even the worst case scenario that the shorters try to paint with respect to Pinetree and us into a PROPER and educated PERSPECTIVE...
