ARTICLE 2 EFFECT OF THE EXCHANGE ON THE CAPITAL STOCK OF WWAG ARTICLE 7 AND GATEWAY
Seeking for SEC filed 8-K revision, cancel reverse split. Start and complete (pre14c) increasing (AS) authorized shares 3,000,000,000. Complete merger with Allcom on timely schedule. Place (2) two separate addendum's. Addendum (1) Go live on air before end of October 2015. Addendum (2), all current share holders effective this date shall be entitled to all merger agreements with Allcom.
As well, complete the 2,000,000 series A preferred shares, complete 10,000,000 series B preferred shares. WWA Group Inc. will seek to buy back, up to, but not to exceed 310,000,000 common shares at trading market value.
All other articles not limited to and including all articles listed in 7 shall stand as is.
