Yep .. NHS gets 64% of what is essentially net revenues generated directly through them. And 9% of the net revenue of sales PXYN makes by themselves or through other partners, like TPS.

But they are paid 55% only AFTER it is collected by PXYN it seems.

However, there is quite a comprehensive list of services they're offering and that will substantially CUT DOWN on total costs of the company -- leaving them to do what they do best: compound medical concoctions like the carnie flapjack man "churning 'em out like hotcakes".

Either way, we will have to wait until at least the filings from Q1/Q2,2015 (10-Qs) to really get an idea of how this changes things as compared to TPS.

Perhaps the increased production they will achieve by focusing on what they are good at, along with what may be a very large order volume for NHS, will more than make up for the temporary business from TPS (who may yet have contracts in the future)
