IMO the buyers are most likely existing shareholders who have been following the developments with Auryn closely and realize that there is valuation anomaly due to MDMN's poor reputation. I have no idea whether Auryn is buying yet or not, but IMO anyone with large blocks (i.e. >500K) sitting at the bid represents shareholders with longer term aspirations rather than retailers or quick flippers.
