I disagree. SH sought to cancel shares given to CT for services rendered and which she did rendered. You might recall last September everyone thought she was doing a great job and suddenly they turned on her. Now it is her turn. In the US until there is a transfer of title there is no sell and it is controlled by Title companies as well as banks who provide a mortgage. In this case the bank has no knowledge of a transfer of ownership and may not have allowed it by contract without their approval which was never sought.
