Oh and DAK, in regards to the ORTHO neediness...yes, these surgeons are mostly divas, but they do a lot of different procedures that require a lot of different tools and devices. My ex company had 49,000 different devices....Imagine having your staff try to remember this!! Its all about the staff...and somewhat about the surgeon...If I asked most surgeons to put a device together, Id 80% wouldnt know how to do it...Its the nature of the OR...put your hand out and expect the right device/tool to be in your hand. For genera surgery, the tools are limited and are generally not complex.
