You expect to hear on this forum about an offer "on the table"..or "from the TOVC website"...you're kidding right..

"show me the money"... the proposal that is laid out for the bond financing showed us one avenue to the money...kind of like a giant $300 million pre-sale with no debt...

You keep the "weeks not months" stuff alive in alot of your commentary...wasn't it a CXO guy who make that claim..? I believe that it was, not to mention it was like 2 years ago......

I think you will find many here who recognize today's info as one positive directional step for the company....what others are in the works that we don't know about..? I guess we'll see....
