I think for starters this could be .01-.02. Maybe more with some momo just from nothing. It was .40s .30s and after going quiet it went down hard. Some got shares .003 100k here and there from major losses to old holders. If something gets announced I think it could bounce to .10 pps area. It doesnt seem to have a large tradeable float.imo We shall see what they are going to do. A lot of Chinese cos DO NOT pay SOS fees. When they go inactive with SEC they go INACTIVE with SOS.imo So they got one out of the way.
