Like it or not, inside info will most likely leak a little before the next big news/run.
Last time Elite ran to .90's, there was a pre run up with no pr.
I believe Elite runs a very tight ship, but just like in any organization somebody will tell someone.
The traders will hop on, and boom its off to the races before news is public.
These things are so hard to time, best to look at health of the company and plan accordingly.
