What I find strange is that this company did not take the time to announce, in a separate PR, that they actually received the 45.9 Mil from the operators after the 30 days elasped after the PSC's signing....but quickly released an 8K stating their records were taken. Now, think about it, both are material events. One with a PR would have made this stock move up. The other with an 8K which made the stock move down. Tell me again how share holder friendly this company is! I firmly believe that this CEO is not fulfilling his fudiciary responsibility to shareholders.

P.S. I am satisfied with the 8K. It stated just enough and when the 10Q is filed events should be included.
