Teddibear, that picture at the bottom of your post is outdated. It is showing the old kit with 4 20g tablets and if a person saw that they might think that is what they are getting. The new kits contains about 70% less in strength of tablets with 6-4g tablets. I don't know who does the web design or is in charge of the contents of the unit packaging but there is NOTHING in it as to where to use a 4g tablet and where to use a 20g tablet. If a person puts a 4g tablet in the plastic cup thinking it will do his entire house they will be greatly disappointed. Also if they take a 20g tablet and stick it in a small car or bathroom it will be severe overkill. Maybe it's on the web site but I don't see it there either. Also how does someone know if they have a 20G tablet or a 4G tablet? If you go to the website and go down to the bottom where it says products and click on them it will show a picture of the 4g tablets and a picture of the 20G tablets but both are identical showing a package with a 20 on it. Do both the 4g and 20G tablet packages have a 20 on them? If so, how do you know which is which? In my opinion there are several improvements to be made in both the web site and the packaging. A person reading this board might have more of that information but how about someone that just orders the product and doesn't read this board. The only instructions that come with the product say to add the water and tablet to the plastic cup. There isn't even anything in the instructions that even mentions removing your pets, fish and yourself for at least 3 hrs. NOTHING! The web site and instructions in the package are very poorly done. Lot's of pretty pictures but not the information that is needed. At least the instructions are in English and not in Chinese where it was made.
