XNRG CEO Jerry Mikolajczyk has publicly stated, by way of the company forum, that a floor price to protect shareholders from undue downward pressure would be in effect as it relates to the share issuance resulting from the legit 3a10.

Thinking about it logically it is safe to assume the floor price previously mentioned would be in the neighborhood of .0003 as that would satisfy the debt settlement with what I believe to be remaining in the A/S.
