We can vote yes on r/s 1:5 and no on a/s which bring o/s to half of what used be before dilution started and same a/s. This would give the management everything they need to get this thing up listed and expand their market share. Also the share holders keep their voting power....a win win to everyone who want to see this thing succeeded.
