And it has nothing to do with restricted shares. Reid holds 20K preferred representing a potential 485M common shares. Any mythological purchase of KMAG would include purchasing the 20K preferred with a value corresponding to 485M common. The purchase would not be based on 750M shares, but 750M+485M. My figures are accurate.

Also the dream of SHs finding out at the SH party, KMAG is now unbeknown to FINRA, owned by a private company, with its stock still publicly trading, anything close to reality. Not happening.

BTW - where did the NOBO/OBO numbers disclosure ever go? Wasn't the whole point Reid was going to uncover the grand NSS conspiracy, and announce the results to the market? So difficult to announce the numbers in a PR, a month later? Instead a sharp pivot away from BOZO land to planning a SH Party.
