Thank you so much for the detailed reply. Much appreciated. In any event, with respect to investing in ECIG, I have learned a TON and feel way more confident than before in my trading and investing. I see the strategy of the management team now, and it really seems like a decent angle. I still see some panic that will happen in the market, but I think they were smart to release the def 14-a at the cusp of the o/s running to max. I'm a little worried of the a/s staying at 300 million while the r/s could potentially lower the o/s to less than 20 million. It seems aggressive , but they also are showing enough smarts with their timing. I'm not day trading and now that I know the strategy may step away for a few months and not let it stress me.
