While I would like to agree with you (it would cheer me to know the fix might be so simple), I remain steadfast that until we uncover a lack of effort and a poor sense of direction on the part of Laura, I continue to believe she is acting in our best interests.
It is not the CEO's job to provide the creative element. Should the company eventually yield an income they should hire several (of course, we've no evidence that Laura has NOT provided this element).
Unfortunately, IMO it is the Brands themselves which continually seem to fall short, and I find this to be one of Neom's greatest challenges. The brands don't appear to "get it."
