Merriam Webster's definition of a Junket:

b : trip, journey: as (1) : a trip made by an official at public expense (2) : a promotional trip made at another's expense <a film's press junket>

1. Briscoe, an official of LBSR a public company
2. CEO works for shareholders
3. Company pays for his trip
4. Shareholders own said company!

Need I spell it out any more for you to determine why I called it a "Junket"

Apparently many are confused on who works for who in a Corporation
