Very true Remfire! Yeah he PRd that and I stickied it. From a business standpoint this is how I look at it. Yes last year William made that statement publicly. At some point he would eventually have to raise money for what we hope is a definite finalization of a healthy contract. So we can somewhat understand a little bit of a raise in the authorized. Not a huge one. But for him to reverse split on us is a totally different story. That would cripple the common shareholders. Just because he raised the A/S and issued some directors their shares doesn't exactly mean that they all got dumped into the float. Less then a month we get an update on the share structure. He definitely diluted more after the New Year so the count won't be accurately quite current. Riz
