Scratch that comment about C. Parry not replying. This was his response to my question:
"Tweedlede: I wouldn't suggest manipulation. More likely it's tightly held and most aren't selling. Only 33m shares out, so assume half are owned by a few big investors, that leaves not much on the market. Wanna buy? It'll cost. Wanna sell? It'll hurt."
