As suggested by some, once JB is released, and if he is no longer being prosecuted, the restarting of BORK may be viewed from the vantage point of just that, a restart of a dormant company. With that in mind, there may be multiple avenues upon which to proceed. Some such avenues of activity may be considered which were previously dismissed. I believe there are, or will, be minds at work creating and examining new and old ideas which best suit the goals of those in control, and hopefully give some consideration to the gaggle of smaller shareholders who have no control, individually or collectively.
