Because they don't understand the workings of the Bankruptcy Court and the laws that it brings to bear on companies that don't meet their obligations on a timely basis.

Common is going to get "wiped" here ... just as soon as the Plan of Reorganization is filed with the court. On that day, the price of this stock will plunge to no-bid; and all that are then holding it will have nothing.
