Read the press release.

As part of the agreement the lender has already advanced over a 100,000 dollars to the Company. The company is looking for additional short term financing with a payback window of 6 months that it can access while this credit facility is filed with the regulatory authorities. Our intention would be to use this credit facility to repay those loans before the maturity date. These short term instruments will allow the company to begin accelerated marketing efforts. We will announce those financings when and if they are agreed to.
