Authorized is 100M. even if all out it would still be a reasonable O/S. but considering all retail mm's, no dilutors, and the one year weekly shows no more than 21M shares traded on the year, i'd say the float is considerably less.

the chart suggests that there has been a quiet redistributing of shares here. someone is slowly accumulating. this has been clearly oversold, and there's been lots of pressure on the bid, yet the price and sideways trading has remained fairly stable, and over the last weeks the stock has trended up since it printed .0023. a hold over the weekly 50ma at .005 would indicate a break of the downtrend.

of course, other chartists may disagree.
