That was my thought also!! And since Mr. Hailong Liu is majority stock holder of " BOTH " companies I see NO reason that the purchase would not go threw. Unless there is some " in Country" legal issues we do not know of. And I doubt anyone else on this Board would know either. But then, Mr. Liu would not have the procedure had he had serious doubts I would think. He would be the only loser in that case!! No, I think it is just a matter of time and procedures!

If they can close by the end of the Month as was said should happen, then they would enjoy sales from the biggest Holiday right from the start!! And do not forget. CEHD's next quarterly is due by 15th Feb., right before the Chinese New Year also! And I would expect a second profitable quarter, maybe with a larger profit as well! So everything looks great from here on out with a little Patience folks!


By the way, I was able to pick up a few more shares today!!
