This is the first one that I have been involved in. My assumption is they can do whatever they want to. However from what I have learned, there are many firms that sell these reverse merger "shells" they have an inventory. Best I can tell the shell can cost between 100k to 1M, the price depends on the quality of the shell. This shell seems fairly clean and share structure is good. So this one may have cost some decent coin. I believe that they could have found whatever they wanted. The DRAG Nylon end of things could have been the reason for choosing this one IDK. And in a nutshell to answer your question my gut says they do nothing, or they reduce shares significantly. The factors we don't know is what is included , is RDH Enviromental included the installation division IEI, and what are the current financials, and game plan, and or current revenues??????????
