I just spoke to Andrea at BA, who informed me that multiple people work on Press Releases and they are proofed.(imagine if they were not proofed)
She blamed it on "cutting" so I suggested "find and replace" since my secretary finds that helpful.
I asked her what they intended on doing and she said nothing in regard to the last press release.
They are going to make sure that it doesn't happend again (LOL)
I hung up more disgusted than when I called. My expectation was that at a minimum, they would have had a better answer that I received!
