The R/s still has to be voted on...Amazingly fast results on restructuring debt....especially at 8% interest...Also love the fact that shareholders/investors agreed to loan them working capital(amount/terms undisclosed)...There's still one large note holder that is selling shares, but I'm sure he'll let this back off a bit so he can convert shares at a higher price....Company also has potentially found of another source of financing with good terms and that is just icing on the cake...

Better get your shares pronto...i have 800k now and I will have a million by this morning....
