Hate to break it to you but their financial situation is not a new revelation. Everybody and their barber knows RSH is hurting for cash and has had, what, 10? 12? quarters of consecutive losses?

You buy or sell RSH now based on whether you think they will have to file for bankruptcy or will figure out how to stop losing money on their own.

Sidelines for now, next few weeks could be interesting.
