No, you would have to have a separate account to do so. If you bought shares of the same security in the same account they will all be added together and not show up as separate. They will however as with Etrade show you individual purchases/amounts and dates and when you sell shares you can selectively pick which "batch" of shares you want to sell.

BTW, how was your gambling trip you mentioned you were going on in mid January? Did you win BIG?????
