If it's announced at the shareholder meeting that KMAG is owned by another company, who is going to give a shit what happened to the Form 10, I sure as hell won't!

Questioning the where-abouts of the Form 10, audits fins, web site, etc will mean nothing if there's a buyout of KMAG announced at the Feb. 27th AGM, then at that point it's all about where KMAG is going and not about where KMAG has been.

Don't dwell on the past when there's money to be made.

Well...if by the end of the shareholder meeting the shareholders don't know specifically what happen to the Form 10 and where it is
