$ILIM .0025 first of all you won't find me swarming the boards sending out info to either agree/disagree with anyone. But I find this symbol interesting because it falls in line with the system I use to spot less played, dormant or somewhat, StopSigns <which this one isn't<, unusual or odd trading <some called Friday just that, a chart with an extreme 1-day A/D, disparate volume or very extreme 10day alert.

Everyone's taken a peak from what I've read:

1. http://stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?s=ILIM&p=d&b=2&g=3&id=p17970548896
2. http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/ilim/historical
Maybe not the same links, but....

I wasn't around to watch TimeSales in real-time, also a MUST when analyzing Friday's tape.

There are of course: https://twitter.com/search?q=%24ILIM&src=typd collect the data, promo, etc.

So what gives?

1. If it's being promoted, are they being paid? I think because of the front-loading 'spotted', probably not.
Is that a good thing? Yes and No
Yes, the possibility of no cash or stock
No, because if the A/D spiked and it did, promoters front loaded this thing.

This about a promotion from the company side. They have investors who are no doubt very upset about the price, ILIM was trading at .08+
Did you notice going back historically 6mths how little in volume it took to move this down or up? http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/ilim/historical especially the days over 1mil in volume.

Now on Friday we had 33 million in volume, what say of that?

If the possibility exists that ILIM did not grant promoters
Cash or Stock, what do they do best before setting forth a promotion? They buy before the masses, and sell after the promotion starts while others are buying into the promotion.

How could they [and it could be an accumulation of MMGroup + Promoters + Others who set this up] buy up that many shares with little change as we read on Friday?

Closing, always remember that when you spot a symbol
* Less Played
* 10Day Mov. Avg 7x to 10x above [this one is extreme]
* Odd Trading, Unusual Trading / Other Words Used

It's a very good chance someone, or one's are setting up a play for profits.

Remember what you read on Friday, what others are saying including twitter, include everything you know about promo's, front-loading... but most of all remember 99% of symbols found down here are a Play4Profits.

Not a run to a penny, not a 10bagger, but profit!

IMO this one has been set up nicely by a few for profit taking! So, say the average price on Friday was .0022 and it hits .0033 next week, is that not a really good profit?

No timeline, no price set, but don't forget to read the entire TAPE... that is everything I've said, others, your expertise in reading the day.... and make a Play!

One more thing, I knew a guy that owned a ton of stock at a very low price, and wanted that company to do well. So he sold lots and lots to one individual, and it took off for a great profit, then that person invested his profits in the company.

Front Loading to this extent 33 million shares on a stock showing it trades thin, is a Promoters Dream Play!

Again, do you get the point? Play4Profits!!

ps... you can ask all you want, or question one's way of reading a trading strategy, but I won't get into something few know much about, that is my main strategy of trading pennies. Spotting a front-load, buying into it the same day, then selling when they sell while others are buying after the 'alert or promo'.
Trade Well ~ Trade Often :)
