BP is far from giving up power and DNDN is an example of how approval does not guarantee success. IMO we still need partner even after approval. We aren't the same as DNDN but still a lot of risk.

I will take $50 per share today even if I knew approval for Sunrise was certain.



geo, I hope you change your mind because $50 will not suffice.

You are correct though in that BP's will not give up, which is why I believe they are scrambling and making pacts and deals and collaborations all with disclaimers that the other party can't collaborate with someone else.

Companies like Google and Apple were meant to reach for the stars and go beyond their boundaries and maybe Big Pharma will not like others spoiling their little monopoly over the years.

I think its time for some competition to heat up and there will be the most lobbyists scrambling around Washington DC this early week and it is nice to know that K&L Gates has been working for Peregrine for many months now. The question is, with 76% Director Levels in the area this week, how many are there that are already part of the "dozens of collaborations" with Peregrine?
