That is an interesting way to get around all the questions of what happen to the Form 10, audited find, timeline, etc. etc. etc. He just has to announce that he is "working" on "something" related to a merger that makes everything before moot.

Everyone leaves the meeting with smiles and back slapping...

...and another two years of nothing begins.

He will buy himself at least another six months of peace and quiet before the "shareholder" noise begins to pick up again.
