I was hoping to see pictures (at least page#2) of the registration at REGISTRAR GENERAL'S DEPARTMENT Ministry of Justice and Attorney General, Republic of Ghana:

Private Company Limited By Shares Regulations Form

I think this Form is the first and the most important step of any business, the registration. I'm not a expert but seeing only the first page and not the rest is a red flag for me.
