That's exactly right gi the science is in fact incredibly simple based on original work dr. Carlson at technion. Since then tons of advances have been made namely the cranes to build a structure 2250 (2235) ft tall. Ability pump aggregate as opposed working high cost steel. Then also consider the weather data since the 80s advances is weather data, tracking and recording has advanced beyond measures. That data with the energy calculator has proven to be incredibly valuable in ascertaining size, output, water consumption and controlled water release due to climate conditions.

The downdraft tower of 70s was a brilliant idea during cheap/peak oil periods that didn't have the tech or economic climate for a chance to be built. Unfortunately we as common traders don't get to see the presentation/info say national standard gets to have. Everything is quiet at swet hq which I truly hope picket is hard at work with ppas AZ/hard at work supporting Chile with their ppas and hard at work supporting ppas perhaps mx.

Another conference call in June (guessing) is likely at which time Pickett has had since Oct 14 in az and Chile lock in necessary ppas. If he doesn't it won't bode well or at least make significant strides say 30 to 50 percent ppas as the project az likely require min of 70%. But if it were possible building 70% capacity is a GOOD thing bc you could reserve summer peak energy prices at higher revenue; utility cos know that so they will want the cheap peak power.
