I agree. Rumors of a great Q4 in the 10k are what some will be betting on. And i wont get in to the debate of what the definition of "great" would be

Perhaps it will be a GREAT 10k….when it comes out…. still months away

For the moment, id like to discuss the fact that:

I disagree. and perhaps I'm way out in left field, however its my impression;

The MJ stocks that were froze last year by SEC were due to fraud from the companies in different ways. Not because they were affiliated with MJ.

It is not illegal for a glass blower to hand craft smoking devices. "water Pipes" were the politically correct term for decades….nowadays people have no problem asking for a BONG at a head shop.

It is not illegal for a retail manufacturer to sell lights and fans that could be used for MJ production

There is NOTHING illegal about a device used for inhaling smoke or vapor without the carcinogens.

The stocks that CLAIMED THEY WERE GOING TO GROW WEED had problems…contracts fell through, etc…

Manufacturers of goods, tools, supplies that can be used in the MJ industry are not breaking any laws.

The only companies that may have issues will be affiliated with production , imo
