some good publicity in any event ?


if it's a no or a veto, well, maybe TC will find their
mouth and actually spell out the truth about their new green technology
and why Keystone needs to be seen in a new light....?


and if it is a negative week , then at least TC now knows
more about how to plan their capital expenditure...and
how much money is available for AOT?
