The point is that the "details" about Vakser's alleged departure are really not pertinent to life. Even if Vakser's name is legally removed from everything, no one cares because Jeffries is in bed with Vakser obviously (since Vakser followed right to SUTI for no apparent reason). Jeffries wont explain why Vakser was here in the 1st place. Also, Vakser's brother in law is still a "director" in SUTI. Now why was he ever a director to begin with? SUTI is a Vakser shell, ALWAYS. That was the point.

But now that he's gone, no one cares?
