RCGP vs RCGPE - Explained

under the previous Ticker, RCGP

There was a minor technicality involved,
and the matter has been taken care of by the company,
as of Friday, January 23, 2015

Last week, the company RCGP,
was to have Filed it's 10-Q,
however, because of a New Rule on Accounting,
that now affects most OTC companies,
the company was not able to File by the deadline.

The company did File a late notice in time,
and had 5-calender days to File from that date.

The SEC, attaches an "E" to the end of the Ticker,
and allows a company a 30-day grace period to File,
when they are not able to File on time.

RCGP has now Filed it's 10-Q,
as of last Friday, as they anticipated.

The "E", will now drop off,
and the company will again trade under the RCGP Ticker.
