Assuming that there is no official CEO or BOD, does that not mean
that no one has the authority to do anything with HESG except,
regulating agencies having the power to shutter this dog. I
would further assume that no one has the authority to call a
special meeting too electa new board and CEO as no one has the
authority to access the list of names and addresses of the
current shareholders. Possibly, there is a way for a majority
shareholder or one who can corral a majority to hold a special
meeting. Anyone know? Veronica where are you???
