He was the CEO of OVRL and was an instrumental force in bringing ANY and OVRL under one roof as his bio states below. He now has the position of CEO of ANY. My previous posts regarding Mr. Kelly's close involvement in the merger of the two have been noted.

Eric Kelly is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the technology industry and a synergistic balance of operational, marketing and sales management expertise. He has served as Sphere 3D Corporation’s Chairman since July 2013 and Chief Executive Officer since the company’s merger with Overland Storage in December 2014. Mr. Kelly served as Overland Storage’s CEO since January 2009, its President & CEO since January 2010 and as a Board member since November 2007.
