utrasux still isn't on Samsung.

See this post from ChiTownMike. Samsung's website shows no compatibility with any TV, I have verified that, but many big companies are notoriously slow in updating their websites. Heck, I own a small, nimble business and I'm slow with mine too. If Chitownmike says it's on Samsungs, I will believe him.

The whole 10 seconds was blown out of proportion by ntek and promoters here of course.

I agree, it has been blown out of proportion and I've said that here before. Being up there does mean something to some, but nothing to others. It's a very interesting dichotomy.

ntek most likely was not invited to the alliance meeting and was not ever mentioned in any literature or vids I've seen of the alliance meeting.

I think "meeting" is a loose term here. My interpretation is that all the companies in the alliance met beforehand then presented what they decided at the "meeting". Earliest mention of UHD alliance I can find is January 5th, Foley tweeted on the 7th he was going to the meeting.
