"Leo needs to update everyone interested in NBRI pretty soon". Yeah he does. Unfortunately it'll probably be the 1:200 r/s. And since that will most likely go sub-penny pronto, and if he can get away with it, another r/s before the "scheduled" re-opening of the Ruby. No word on Fraser either that was expected to be wrapped up by the end of last year. NBRI's looking more like a "dog and pony show" than anything else at this point.
