I don't care about your technical indicators. What I'm telling you is they can't pay there short term debt and need to apply for a loan that they may not be able to secure. Falling profits are the cause and it's not just this company. Over the next six months you will see a lot of BK Filings. I am interested in purchasing some shares in this company but going to wait till it drops in the 4 dollar range. Lots of people are getting laid off right now in the oil patch don't take my word for it. Do you own research. And the Dividend is not 20 percent the last payout was around .08 CENTS NOT .18 which equates to around 6 PERCENT on a yearly return basis. I'll wait for a lower stock price to take some of the risk out. Waiting for a stock price that equates to around 08 PERCENT DIVIDEN at .08 cents per quarter or .33 cents yearly.
