You can sell it before the R/S and not get charged a $20 reorg. fee. Shareholders only had a 3 1/2 hour heads up provided to them by FINRA to actually sell. The issuer could give a dang to let shareholders know it was coming, and you know they opted not to pay the fee they stuck to the stuckholders.
