Ok. Who decides the compensation for the insiders? Why don't they get paid a salary?

That's my exact problem. They have been selling like crazy and still have millions of shares? Do you know how dangerous that is? They unload the shares and your shares become worthless. Pardon me if I don't agree with this current compensation package. Got to get paid, yes, but not this insane compensation based on current performance. You are growing the company with our money, the shareholders. What did you do that is so amazing that jim deserves this kind of compensation. Look at our revenues. How the hell are you paying yourself this much?
