At top of last S1A under title of each class of securities to be registered. 4 paragraphs under blue high lighted shares break down. Written in bold it says that the $1.00 share offering cannot be sold untill S1 is effective which is 1-8-2015 so now they are truely in the process of selling the shares. So the company is not stringing us along. They are following the steps in order.
