I believe you are missing the point...

That regardless of what "platform" BUD-G trades on, it will be
a publicly traded company, trading under an MJ-friendly name and
ticker symbol. We've clearly pointed out numerous times in
past discussions that BUD-G's two likely options (with the OTC:BB
going away) are trading on the OTC Pinks or OTC QB "platforms."
