Yes, it does matter. Because at current levels if they do 100/1 R/S, my 12,500 shares will become 125 shares, and at 4.00 will give them more reasons to dilute it back down to nothing.
I don't mind a R/S somewhere between .20 and .50, because at least I would have a nice profit, and I wouldn't lose as many shares.
I am hoping they figure it out, as SIRI did when it was a nickel, and no reverse split would be necessary.
